Lianne Ing is passionate about making delicious cakes and bakes from her Cabin Kitchen by the River Dee in Glyndyfrdwy. ‘Using fresh, quality and local ingredients is very important to me and for the best quality bake!’
Lianne likes to bake traditional cakes as well as create new flavours to tantalise your tastebuds! ‘I am always interested in hearing feedback from my customers and experimenting with different flavours that they have suggested.’
To name a few flavours in Lianne’s range we have her classic traybakes, from salted caramel shortbread and lemon drizzle to white chocolate, cranberry tiffin. Lianne also whips up full layered and iced round cakes for local cafes, tea parties and occasions; from moist carrot cake with cream cheese frosting to her new favourite cappuccino cake. Lianne expanded her range last year experimenting with new gluten free recipes that have been a hit with the locals.
